Profile of David R. Chase
My securities litigation background is extensive. I started my career at Greenberg Traurig, a national law firm, defending large brokerage houses in securities matters. After learning how the major financial firms defend securities cases, I served as Senior Counsel in the Enforcement Division of the United States Securities and Exchange Commission and as a Special Assistant United States Attorney in the Economic Crimes Division of the United States Attorney’s Office. After completing my government service, I entered private practice where I have successfully represented numerous investors in securities cases against major Wall Street brokerage firms, clearing firms, banks and other financial institutions in which my firm has recovered millions of dollars for its clients. I have also served as Court-appointed Receiver in Securities and Exchange Commission enforcement cases in which I was charged by the Federal Court with the duty of protecting securities investors’ rights.
I have also served as Chairman of the Securities Litigation Committee of the Dade County Bar Association, and as Co-Chair of the Securities Enforcement Subcommittee of the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association. I have authored articles and been featured as a guest speaker on securities law issues, and have been retained as an expert witness on securities law cases.
I am dedicated to zealously representing individual investors in an effort to maximize the recovery of their investment losses. I will personally handle your case. Call now for a free and confidential consultation.
