Mr. Chase has had the pleasure to serve as Federal Court-appointed Receiver in several multi-million dollar federal government civil law enforcement fraud cases.  As Receiver, he has been charged with the responsibility of representing the interests of defrauded securities investors and consumers, and taking steps to recover assets for their benefit. 

In these receivership cases, Mr. Chase works with a team of professionals, including legal counsel, forensic accountants and other specialists who collectively possess years of experience and expertise in this area of law.  Through this strategic combination, Mr. Chase is able to handle large and complex matters in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
